The water wasn’t dirty.just an unfortunate tile color choice:) I would recommend for sure as long as you know what you’re in for. Also, just because a lot of people asked me why one pool was green and the other main one wasn’t.the tile they chose is a bright lime green.

This isn’t necessarily a quiet peaceful get away but more of a mini schlitterbaun day party with a Korean theme.with a lot more rules to follow. The front staff was super friendly and helpful but the rest of the staff seemed irritated by our presence. We would probably come back but maybe just for the day as you can stay 24 hours and sleep in the sleeping rooms if you don’t mind sharing your space. They constantly had people out there cleaning but the place could use an update as some parts just seemed rundown. A lot of the jets didn’t enty that did but on a busy weekend, you kind of have to wait for one that does. All in all, we enjoyed the pools, sauna valley and the convenience of having food there and not having to leave if we didn’t want to. As a hotel guest, it was not as streamlined as we could have liked having to check in and out each time vs just being able to use the facilities and head back to the room, etc. Once you are done with the facilities you check out and pay. Which is convenient not having to carry your card/cash on you. If you purchase anything at the juice bar, sushi bar or pool bar, you use your wristband for this. So you have to get a uniform and the wristband you wear at all times is connected to a locker you can keep your clothing and personal items in. It was also very confusing that you have to wear a uniform on the second floor. They give you wristbands that have your room number on them but you have to check in and check out each time you use Spa Castle facilities. The two are not connected so things were a bit confusing. I booked a three night stay at the one hotel thinking that Spa Castle and the hotel were the same entity.
